2009

       Shree cultural Foundation started its first awareness campaign in the year 2009, which was flagged off by the mayor of Ahmedabad city Mr. Kanaji Thakor. This event was a very first and most innovative step towards creating awareness in mass to “Save the Birds” on the name KalravShree by using Vihang Rath along with hoardings, banners and more than 1,00,000 four color leaflets.

2010

        The first ever movement started by Shree Cultural Foundation was praised by Honorable chief minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendram Modi and thus he send a special message for our awareness campaign called “KalravShree” 2010 for our NGO, which we used in our awareness campaign in this year along with hoardings, banners and more than 1, 00,000 four color leaflets and got a very positive response from the mass.

       In this same year we also organized our very first medical camp for the treatment of injured birds during kite festival. In this medical camp we managed to save more than thousand birds lives including schedulele-1 bird Vulture and a Mars Harrier- a migratory bird from U.K, Europe, Africa and North and Central Asia, a very rare found in India, this was a very unique way to understand the value of our wildlife environment in India. We also tagged the injured vulture after treatment and released it in its nature. In the year 2013 the same vulture gave a birth of its new generation that was the most memorable achievement of our Foundation’s work.

       Along with this our NGO also started an awareness and literacy campaign in the internal villages of Ahmedabad district for the Indian Rock Python, a schedule-1 reptile species because during our work we got to know that people of many villages killed this species as they are frighten by it so much and also have some misbeliefs for it.

2011

       The work of 2010 stretched our strength up to the mark as this is the another year where we again got the message from by Honorable chief minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendram Modi along with his personal photographs from his personal album to use in awareness campaign “KalravShree 2011” along with hoardings, banners and more than 1,00,000 four color leaflets.

       In this same year again we organized our second medical camp which was flooded by 10 veterinary doctors and 300 volunteers for the noble cause of saving injured birds life. We are grateful to all those people who helped to save many birds lives as we also save another migratory bird called “White Stork” which is normally found in Europe, northern Africa and westernmost Asia. We released that bird after 15 days of treatment in our medical camp.

       As part of our another work about Indian Rock Python, we also managed to save nearly 6 Indian rock Python’s life by rescue and released them in their natural habitat for their conservation. This work was appreciated by Gujarat State’s Forest Department. We also distributes 500 House Sparrow nest (design nest box) in to the mass to save the house sparrow in Ahmedabad city along with 1000 water pot –to help the birds to drink water and helps them to not get dehydrated in hot summer, where the temperature nearly goes to 45 degree.

2012

       As we did very hard work to create awareness in mass, the result we got is amazing. During kite Festival the ratio of injured bird come down very drastically, so we decided to do only awareness in very large way. In this year we also got message and appreciation of Honorable chief minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendram Modi and we decided to use 2 Vihang Rath for the awareness campaign “KalravShree 2012” which moves in the two different parts of the Ahmedabad city for nearly 10 days before the day kite festival along with hoardings, banners and more than 1, 00,000 four color leaflets.

       We continue to distribute more than 1000 House Sparrow nests (design nest box) in to the mass to save the house sparrow in Ahmedabad city along with 1500 water pot –to help the birds to drink water and help them to not get dehydrated in hot summer, where the temperature nearly goes to 45 degree. Our NGO also gifted house sparrow nest to Ahmedabad city’s mayor Mr. Asit Vora, Deputy Mayor Smt. Darshna Vaghela and Municipal Commissioner Mr. Mahapatra (IAS).

       In this same year our NGO also save 28 Indian Rock Python’s life and released them in their natural habitat from the internal villages of Ahmedabad district and other parts of Gujarat state along with other reptile rescue and released by our volunteers. In the same year we rescue a injured black buck from Kanjari village of Mehasana District.

2013

       In this year also we got message and appreciation of Honorable chief minister of Gujarat, Mr. Narendram Modi and we decided to use 2 Vihang Rath for the awareness campaign “KalravShree 2013” which moves in the two different parts of the Ahmedabad city for nearly 7 days before the day kite festival along with hoardings, banners and more than 2, 00,000 four color leaflets. We continue to distribute more than 1500 House Sparrow nests (design nest box) in to the mass to save the house sparrow in Ahmedabad city along with 2000 water pot –to help the birds to drink water and help them to not get dehydrated in hot summer, where the temperature nearly goes to 45 degree.

       In this same year till yet our NGO also save 19 Indian Rock Python’s life and released them in their natural habitat from the internal villages of Ahmedabad district and other parts of Gujarat state along with other reptile rescue and released by our volunteers. With the help of Forest Department our NGO also saved a life of a baby sloth bear, which was hidden in the farm and people of Rampura village were ready to kill him. The vulture which was treated by us in 2010 gave a birth to her next generation and the Ahmedabad city’s other NGO also get happy by this as very few vultures are left alive in Ahmedabad city, so all of us decided to give a name to her baby vulture, now that baby vulture known as “Shree” and we also celebrate his birthday which became the news.
